Alex Fort began his career by moving into advertising after studying art. A graduate of the Gobelins school, following training at the Beaux-Arts in Paris, he then moved to New York, where he worked for the production company 1st Ave Machine and the advertising agency Profero.

Upon returning to Paris in 2010, Alex Fort joined the agency La Chose as a motion designer in the production department. A few years later, he transitioned to the creative side, becoming first an art director, then a creative director.

Throughout his career, Alex Fort has collaborated with many Parisian agencies on prestigious brands such as Ikea, Skoda, Yves Saint Laurent, Sécurité Routière, Orange, Skoll, Burger King, Tourtel Twist, Kronenbourg, 1664, Amnesty International, Sojasun, Upsa, Lierac, Grand Optical, Ubisoft, and many others.

Fort gradually confirmed his affinity for film and craft, earning several major awards, including Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, and Club des DA. In 2017, he was named Best Art Director at the Hit d'Or awards.

In 2024, Alex Fort officially opened a new chapter in his career as a director.
